Order Processing & Dispatch Because we are a small business and many of our items are printed or roasted to order, we need a little time to get your gear ready.

Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and dispatched.

Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Shipping Rates & Estimates (UK) We use reliable standard shipping to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high volume periods (like Christmas).

International Shipping We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK, shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brew-Thrive-Drive is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. which will include a tracking number (if applicable) so you can follow its journey. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at brewthrivedrive@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and safe places. If it is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us.
