Refund policy

A Note on Returns:

At BrewThriveDrive, we are a small, student-run business passionate about quality. To reduce our carbon footprint and keep logistics simple, we do not ask you to ship items back to us.

If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right through a refund or a free replacement.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.

  • How to claim: Simply email us at brewthrivedrive@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number.

  • Resolution: We will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Incorrect Size / Change of Mind:

If you ordered the wrong size, please let us know. While we don't accept physical returns, we may be able to offer you a discount code for a replacement pair, or a partial refund to help you get the right gear.

Refunds:

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at brewthrivedrive@gmail.com.
